Performance in June 2020
1) Orientation for the hired person (online).
2) The consulting team from Khon Kaen University visits the local administrators and mentors in the area.
3) Enrollment in the online classroom system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET e-Learning) in the course 1.Design Thinking 2.Sufficiency Economy Philosophy 3.Digital Marketing 4.Lean Canvas 5.Entrepreneurial Mindset and Online Classroom System University Khon Kaen Dream Mining course - Know yourself, Know where to eat.
4) Learn social capital and community potential, such as schools for the elderly, living allowances, welfare for the elderly Caring for the elderly in the area Tourist attraction Occupation And community products, etc.
5) Training for the elderly care system by the local community And data collection and survey of the elderly in the community.
6) Perform other tasks together with the Sub district Administrative Organization / Municipality as assigned.
Result
1) The project participants are knowledgeable and have practical experience in caring for the elderly under the mission of the LAO and community participation.
2) Participants are knowledgeable and aware of the potential and social capital available in the community.
3) Obtain data sources for planning and designing activities for the elderly care by communities Including other community development.
4) Participants receive skill development and knowledge (Re skill & Up skill) from online learning.
Problem & Barrier
1) Applicants lacking understanding about duplicate eligibility.
2) The applicant does not know the area of work Since there are some areas that are far away from the residences causing inconvenience in working.
3) The job applicant's information is not current, causing address assignments that are not consistent with current accommodation.
4) Some hired people do not understand the system and how to use it in KKUICOP, causing reporting difficulties. Performance recording and contract preparation.
Problem solving
1) There is public relations about the employment program. And emphasize about the qualifications of the applicant Mission assigned including areas in which the employer must work.
2) Advising job applicants to provide accurate and current information.
3) To clarify and recommend guidelines and methods for accessing KKUICOP for more people employed.
